Cookie Policy
Last updated: October 10, 2026This Cookie Policy explains what cookies are, which ones bagoya.com uses, and how you can control them. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website saves on your device when you visit it. They help the site remember things such as what is in your cart or whether you are logged in.
2. How We Use Cookies
We only use cookies that are necessary to run our store. Without them, key features such as the shopping cart and checkout would not work. We do not use cookies to track you across other websites or to show you advertising.
3. The Cookies on Our Website
Depending on what you do on the site, the following essential cookies may be set:
| Cookie | What it does | How long it lasts |
|---|---|---|
| woocommerce_cart_hash woocommerce_items_in_cart |
Keeps track of the items in your cart so they are still there when you move between pages. | Until you close your browser |
| wp_woocommerce_session_* | Stores your shopping session so your cart and checkout details work correctly. | About 2 days |
| wordpress_logged_in_* wordpress_test_cookie |
Keeps you logged in if you have an account, and checks that your browser accepts cookies. | Until you close your browser, or up to 14 days if you choose "Remember me" |
The exact cookie names and durations can change slightly as our website platform is updated.
4. Cookies We Do Not Use
At the time of writing, our website does not use:
- analytics or visitor-tracking cookies;
- advertising or retargeting cookies, such as social media pixels.
If we start using any of these in the future, we will update this policy and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent before they are set.
5. Third-Party Services
To display our pages in our chosen typefaces, our website loads fonts from Google Fonts. When your browser requests them, Google receives basic technical information such as your IP address. This does not involve tracking cookies from us. You can read how Google handles this in its own privacy policy.
Our pages may contain links to our social media profiles. Those sites have their own cookies and policies, which apply once you leave our website.
6. How to Control Cookies
You can delete or block cookies in the settings of your browser (such as Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge). Each browser has its own menu, so check its help section for the steps.
Please note that if you block essential cookies, parts of our store may stop working, for example the cart and checkout.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time, for example if we add new features or services. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed.
8. Contact Us
If you have any questions about our use of cookies, email us at support@bagoya.com.
